Job Summary

The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing the organization's financial and accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial reports and compliance with company policies and accounting standards managing budgeting and forecasting processes,

Tasks and Responsibilities

Manage month-end and year-end closing processes Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis Provide financial analysis and reports to support management decisions Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports Monitor cash flow and liquidity. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations. Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus) Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is preferred Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in accounting/finance, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
