Job Summary

Responsible for the care of children in a safe environment within the nursery, with a focus on meeting their daily needs.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Supervising children throughout their time at the nursery; providing basic care such as diaper changes and feeding; organizing age-appropriate educational and recreational activities; monitoring children's behavior and interactions; maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the premises and equipment; following up on parents' instructions regarding the child; reporting any health or behavioral observations to management or parents; ensuring the safety of children within the nursery at all times; creating a safe and stimulating environment for growth and learning; and adhering to health and educational regulations and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

Knowledge of basic childcare, hygiene, and safety; attentiveness, accuracy, and quick response in emergencies; love for children and the ability to understand their needs.

Skills

Patience and calmness in dealing with children; good communication skills with children and parents; ability to deal with more than one child at a time.
