Job Summary

Tasks and Responsibilities

Prepare and plan lessons in accordance with the approved curriculum. Explain and deliver educational materials using effective teaching methods. Assess students’ performance through tests, assignments, and classroom activities. Monitor students’ progress and provide appropriate feedback and support. Manage the classroom and maintain a safe, positive, and motivating learning environment.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree, with a minimum of two years of experience teaching academic curricula.

Skills

Effective communication skills with students and parents. Ability to explain and simplify information, solve problems, and make appropriate educational decisions. Creativity in teaching methods and the ability to motivate and engage students.
